Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team for industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with BIM software and a deep understanding of industrial construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models for various industrial and substation projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM environment.
• Generate construction documents, drawings, and schedules from BIM models.
• Ensure BIM standards and protocols are adhered to across all projects.
• Provide support and training to team members on BIM tools and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler, preferably in industrial projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of industrial construction processes and standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in BIM (preferred).
