Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Semi - Senior Accountant to join our audit firm. The selected candidate will assist the accounting and audit team in maintaining financial records, supporting audit assignments, and ensuring compliance with accounting and taxation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Practical knowledge of accounting software such as VT, QuickBooks, Xero, Dext, and Sage.
Assist in maintaining books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
Support in the preparation of financial statements and accounting reports.
Assist the audit team in conducting internal and statutory audit assignments.
Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and other supporting documents.
Assist in preparation and filing of VAT returns, tax documents, and other compliance requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and record keeping for audit and accounting purposes.
Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by senior team members.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word).
Familiarity with accounting software will be an advantage.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (BBS/BBA or equivalent).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and auditing procedures.

Working Hours: 12:45 pm to 9:15 pm ( Saturday - Sunday off)

Note: No salary bar for deserving candidates.
