Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to handle daily accounts and basic administrative work at our shop. The ideal candidate should have some accounting background, basic Excel knowledge, and be comfortable using a computer.

Responsibilities:

Maintain daily sales and purchase records
Enter bills and expenses in the system
Handle basic cash and bank transactions
Prepare and update stock records
Assist in preparing simple reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Coordinate with suppliers for payment and billing
Keep files and records organized
Support other shop-related tasks as needed

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Basic knowledge of accounting
Able to use Microsoft Excel and a computer
