Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Visa Application Officer is responsible for processing visa applications, ensuring the accuracy of all documents, and managing the overall documentation process. This role requires a high level of organizational skills to maintain and track client documents effectively. The officer will work closely with clients to collect necessary information and guide them through the application process, ensuring all requirements are met in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing and processing visa applications for accuracy and completeness.
Organizing and maintaining a detailed record of all client documentation.
Communicating with clients regarding application status and any required additional documentation.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and adherence to policies.
Ensuring compliance with visa requirements and regulations.
Creating and maintaining an accurate and well-structured filing system.
Keeping up-to-date with current visa rules and regulations.
Organizing and managing documents and other paperwork in an organized manner.
Providing excellent customer service to clients.

Note: Working hours are from 6 AM to 3 PM.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor Degree Complete.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in SharePoint and document management systems
Experience in student services or application management is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
