Job Overview:

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 1+ years professional experience in software development
• [Bikash] Excellent coding skills
• Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design
• Computer Science fundamentals in data structures
• Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
• Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as C, C++, Java, Python, Scala, Ruby, C#, etc ([Bikash] Preferably Java?)
• [Bikash] Web Service & SOA experience or strong knowledge is a huge plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with cloud computing
• Experience building scalable, available, and low-latency systems
• Experience with machine learning and feedback loops
• Experience using functional programming languages
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
