Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Purchase Officer to assist in procurement and supply chain activities. The role involves preparing purchase orders, managing vendor records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing purchase orders and ensuring timely processing.
Provide administrative support (Filing) to the procurement team.
Prepare and maintain procurement records and documentation.
Maintain and update vendor and supplier databases.
Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
Coordinate with suppliers for quotes.
Generate reports on procurement activities and expenses.
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
