About the job

  • Assist students in accurately completing the DS-160 visa application form.
  • Guide students through the CGI form creation process.
  • Research and maintain up-to-date information on interview appointment openings at the US Embassy/Consulate in Nepal.
  • Monitor relevant Whatsapp and Telegram groups for any updates regarding interview dates.
  • Assist students in completing the No Objection Certificate (NOC) form upon receiving their US visa.
  • Actively reach out to prospective students to introduce them to our study abroad programs and answer their enrollment-related questions.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with students via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge base of study abroad programs, visa requirements, and application procedures.
  • Process student paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Track student progress and provide timely updates and support.

Job Specification: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with international students or in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of US visa application procedures and DS-160 form completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for international education.
