Job Description

  • Prepare job description, job specification and job requirement which will help in identifying the nature, levels and quantum of Human Resources
  • Search for prospective employees and stimulate them to apply for jobs in the organization
  • Ascertain the qualifications, experience, skill, knowledge etc., of an applicant with a view to appraise his/her suitability to a job
  •  Assign the selected candidate with the most suitable job in terms of job requirements
  • Introduce the new employee with the company philosophy, objectives, policies career planning and development, product, market share, social and community standing, company culture etc
  • Evaluate the employees with respect to their performance on the job and their potential for development
  • Identify training needs of the individuals and develop suitable training program
  • Motivate the employees and boosting their morale
  • Redress employee grievances properly and in time by means of a well formulated grievance procedure
  • Handle disciplinary cases by means of an established disciplinary procedure
  • Counsel the employees in solving their personal and work problem and release their stress and strains
  • Collect of data and information regarding wages, cost-benefit analysis of training, benefits, productivity, absenteeism, employee turnover, strikes, accidents, operations, working hours, shifts, etc
  • Record and maintain personal files of all the members of the organization
  • Carry out other relevant tasks responsibilities from time to time as assigned by the immediate superior
