Job Description

  • Handle daily administrative operations of the Service Department.
  • Corresponding with Principal Company for the approval of the price. 
  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency 
  • Coordinate with the Divisions Heads, Service Manager , Store Manager and Finance/Account Manager and Finance/Account Coordinators, regarding proper/timely processing, handing-over of goods and receivables 
  • Respond to complaints from customers and coordinate after-sales support when requested 
  • Handle the processing of spare orders with accuracy and timeliness  
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems 
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies 
  • Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files regularly, properly & systematically  
  • Check and record the inventory on timely basis and submit the inventory record to the concerned person 
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks 
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems 
  • Inform other departments and clients of unforeseen delays or problems 
  • Resolve administrative problems by analyzing, identifying and communicating 
  • Preparing needed documentation 
  • Coordinate and convey customer complaints to the right place for quick solutions and to retain good customer relations 
  • Responsible for doing a substitute role in case of absence of a subordinate person. 
  • Issue spare parts. 
  • Maintain proper filing and prepare reports as needed.
  • Other works when and as assigned by office
