Experience

Not Mandatory, but ideally 1 to 2 years of work experience in any IT-related field is preferred.
Fresh Graduates or Professionals from other IT roles who are willing to transition into a new role are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in React JS and related front-end technologies
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end development frameworks
Experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Knowledge of RESTful API integration
Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to work with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD
Familiarity with fintech ecosystem and regulatory standards
Strong analytical and debugging skills
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks
Familiarity with agile development practices and tools

Requirements

Job Details: Jr. Front-End Developer (React JS) is an Officer level contractual position, to be confirmed upon satisfactory completion of performance as per company’s policy

Age: Minimum age limit of 21 years and not exceeding 35 years for male and 40 years for female on the last date of submission of application.

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field from a recognized university.  

Duties and responsibility:

Develop new user-facing features using React JS
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of web-capable devices and browsers
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of front-end code
Maintain and upgrade front-end codebase and ensure compatibility with back-end systems
Coordinate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to gather requirements and translate them into responsive user interfaces
Provide documentation and support for implemented features
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in front-end development
Participate in discussions regarding design standards and best practices
Assist in developing guidelines for responsive and accessible web design
Track each assigned task and report progress to relevant stakeholders
Follow the Change Management Process of the Company for any front-end development work
Ensure compliance with the company’s security policies and procedures
Document and resolve issues within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Any other jobs assigned from time to time by Chief IT
