Job Description

Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management
Assist in the annual auditing process
Monthly filing of VAT and TDS
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, sales) to manage cost accounting and inventory records.
Monitor production costs, raw material purchases, and expenses related to shoe manufacturing
Maintain organized accounting files and documents
Report directly to the Finance Manager
