Job Description

Handling of Petty Cash and Banking transactions
Reconciliation of ledgers, Debtors, Creditors, and Cash/Online Payments/Bank reconciliation
Reconciliations, validation and verification of cash flow
Maintain accounting vouchers with proper supporting documents and ensure the same in accordance with accounting standards and taxation
Maintain asset, liability, and capital account entries
Documents financial transactions/ maintain account entries (Bills/Payments/receipts)
Prepare invoices/ salary sheets
Maintain accounts files
Should be apt to use EXCEL, WORD
Tax/ TDS filing
Coordinate between school and head office.
