Job Description

Edu Tech Company, HiUp Solutions, a branch of Olive Group based in Ireland, is seeking highly skilled IT Technical Support to join our team. As an IT Technical Support, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical assistance to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical assistance to the Development and Production department, as well as external clients who use our flagship products.
  • Conducting alpha and beta testing of software and LMS courses in both development and production environments.
  • Preparing functional specifications documents and training guides of any product assigned.
  • Coordinating with foreign clients to resolve their software and system-related issues.
  • Reporting to the respective Development and Production Manager.
  • Coordinating with the Support Lead and IT Service Manager for planning and processing.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for customers, including documenting and tracking customer issues and resolutions.
  • Escalating complex issues to senior technical support staff when necessary.
  • Continuously improving technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with new technologies and products.
