Job Description

Role Description

  • Experience in providing ICT end-user support through a variety of channels including telephone, remote desktop, and face-to-face,
  • Skilled communications and work with Customers / Management / other Technicians / Technical Employees, both locally and remotely, in the resolution of software/hardware / network issues
  • Applying a logical, methodical, analytical approach to identify and resolve software, hardware, and network problems,
  • Diagnostic assessment and replacement of faulty module(s) and/or component(s),
  • Management of service levels,
  • Accurate updating of CRM systems
  • Networking

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 1-3 years in working in an ICT environment with solid experience in servicing PC's, Printer's, Server's or Networks.
  • Google Workplace (G-Suite) experience is a must.
  • Experience with Jira Service Management or ticketing systems.
  • Experience in Active Directory
  • Demonstrable command of computing, operating systems, applications (word processors, spreadsheets, and databases)
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Able to work independently if located at the client's site
