Role Description

Experience in providing ICT end-user support through a variety of channels including telephone, remote desktop, and face-to-face,
Skilled communications and work with Customers / Management / other Technicians / Technical Employees, both locally and remotely, in the resolution of software/hardware / network issues
Applying a logical, methodical, analytical approach to identify and resolve software, hardware, and network problems,
Diagnostic assessment and replacement of faulty module(s) and/or component(s),
Management of service levels,
Accurate updating of CRM systems
Networking

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 1-3 years in working in an ICT environment with solid experience in servicing PC's, Printer's, Server's or Networks.
Google Workplace (G-Suite) experience is a must.
Experience with Jira Service Management or ticketing systems.
Experience in Active Directory
Demonstrable command of computing, operating systems, applications (word processors, spreadsheets, and databases)
Excellent Customer service skills
Excellent team player
Able to work independently if located at the client's site
