We are looking for an IT support person with the following:

• Sound knowledge of Network Infrastructure and protocols in L1, L2, and L3 Layers
• Hands-on knowledge of Firewalls, NAS, and Cisco Devices
• Hands-on knowledge of virtualization and Shared Computing (VMware)
• Knowledge of backup, restore, and object storage infrastructure
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Ability to deploy and manage web-based applications and monitoring tools upon request.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

Note: Must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
