Job Description

The IT Assistant will provide technical support to end-users, assist in maintaining hardware and software systems, and help manage day-to-day IT operations. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
Support the setup and maintenance of printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Assist with the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Assist with software updates, data backups, and system maintenance.
Collaborate with the IT team on larger projects and implementations.
