Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Visa and Documentation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing social media platforms, creating engaging content for job promotions, handling recruitment-related documentation, and supporting visa processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, update, and maintain SOPs for various internal and client-facing processes.
  • Ensure all SOPs comply with company and industry standards.
  • Handle day-to-day management of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging content to promote job opportunities and company updates.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate profiles, recruitment processes, and client interactions.
  • Assist with compiling reports and maintaining digital filing systems.
  • Prepare and compile all necessary documentation for visa applications of selected candidates.
  • Schedule visa appointments at embassies or VFS centers as per client or candidate requirements.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) for daily tasks.
  • Ensure efficient digital communication, data entry, and record-keeping using these platforms.
