Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Officer located in Kumaripati, Lalitpur. The IT Officer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, network administration, and system administration tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Education: Bachelor's (Running)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure network security and data protection.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of network hardware.
• Support daily IT operations and resolve technical problems.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of networking protocols and hardware.
• Basic understanding of network security.
• Ability to troubleshoot network-related issues.
• Strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree are highly recommended.
