Job Description

Develop and implement a controlled, safe and userfriendly IT system
Configure, install and update computer hardware and software meeting the organizational needs and expectations
Monitor, review and keep up to date with advanced IT systems, networks and supports
Collaborate with other departmental heads to manage and update schools' information systems and social sites
Conduct training on IT service/support/safety for schools' community members
Conduct electrical safety checks on computer systems and equipment
Coordinate with service providers (telecom, ISP, IT suppliers) to maintain smooth IT operations
Manage IT inventory system
Maintain and update IT documentation properly
Perform other IT jobs as assigned by the school authorities
