• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, telephone systems and networks and system of CCTV
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Protection and maintenance of  data security 
• Identify problematic areas related with the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) system and implement solutions 
• Update the system/ hardware / software related with ICT as when required 
• Provide and extend ncessary support to management in regards to purchase of ICT related equipment
• Manage and maintain official webpage and social networking sties of the company 
• Assist / Initiate the development of customized software for CIVF 
• Provide support, assist in the maintenance of other electrical and electronic devices
