Bachelor Degree in BE-Electronics and Communication or Computer Science (BIT, BCA)
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Optical Fiber Networking preferably from any ISP organization of Nepal
Should have proficient knowledge of Optical Fiber & their network equipment
Able to set-up mini ISP
CCNA is mandatory, CCNP and other certification will be preferred.
Should have sound knowledge of Router and Switch
Should have technical skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, patience, a logical mind, capable of working well under pressure, enthusiasm to be continually learning
Research and propose new products
Candidates having two wheeler driving license & willing to travel for Official purpose shall be preferred

Job Description

Responsible for managing entire Optical Fiber Cable Network throughout its eco-system which is required for successful operation of the company
Logging and processing support call management of server/domain network & router configuration installing.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
Solving password problems
Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter
Responding to breakdowns
Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
Repairing equipment and replacing parts
Supervising junior engineering and technical staff
Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings
Checking computer equipment for electrical safety etc.
