Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Branch Head to oversee the overall operations, sales, customer service, and business performance of our branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and team management skills with the ability to drive branch growth and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement sales plan and meet monthly sales target.
Ensure timely response to new service installations and troubleshoot requests.
Meet operations/logistics targets based branches to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Field Services.
Ensure prompt response and effective customer service to customers, both in the field and those visiting the branch offices.
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
Responsible for overall operations of the branches including sales, customer services, human resources, and administration.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Required Age:More than 18 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in ISP/Service industry.
Must be willing to relocate outside valley and extensive field visits.
Proven Record of leading and coaching a team to achieve targets.
Working Knowledge of sales, admin and finance in a branch setting will be an added advantage.
Mature, self-motivated and result driven attitude.
Strong oral and written communication. Strong Customer Service Skills.
Should be able to work under pressure and during odd hours.
Own vehicle and driving license.
