Job Description

Ensure installation, the configuration of the computer and troubleshoot any errors in computer hardware/ software and system
Replacement of parts as per written instruction to repair a fault or set up the system.
Set up of new users account or profiles and deal with account issues. Coordinate with vendors and test/evaluate new technology
Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers/agency
Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipments
