• Trouble-shoot hardware and software problem in both servers and desktops, coordinate with suppliers in case of warranty claims and or major repairs
• Experience of server maintenance –Web Server, Mail Server, Firewall & LAN Administration and ensure a smooth email communication with internet access
• Organize and conduct in house trainings in information technology
• Liaise with the organization’s ISP, technical suppliers and timely validating all maintenance contracts
• Maintenance & regular updates of overall information technology system
• Taking initiatives and recommending new technologies
• Job is based out of Kathmandu but would require several visit outside of Valley
• Priority to be given to those candidate who is exposed to data base programming, software development & website designing
