Major job Duties

Create and deliver an Impactful IT Strategy aligning with overall Bank Strategy
Plan, Organize, Direct, Control and Evaluate the operations of information systems
Oversee the existing core platforms and their application and processes till new Core platform is put in to place successfully
Planning, Implementation, Migration, Upgrade and Maintenance of IT projects like: Core Banking System implementation, migration, network redesign and Data Centre Management
Update, implement and maintain the bank's existing IT related policies and procedures
Plan, discuss and develop system requirements, specification, cost timelines for several IT related projects
Manage Information systems personnel and vendors to design, develop, implement, operate and administer the Core Banking System
Ensure day to day banking operations and related service of bank branches and functional departments is accessible and equipped with current hardware, software network equipments and state-off-art technologies
Plan and design the reporting requirement of branches, functional Departments, Internal/External auditors and Central Bank
Plan, prepare and execute the projects/program/functions for Central Bank IT-Guidelines and other International compliance
Knowledge of IT Service Management will be an additional benefit
Knowledge of Information Security Management Framework will be an additional benefit
