Job tasks and responsibilities:

• Assist in cleaning the format of the document in Microsoft Word.
• Assist with website and blog updates via WordPress.
• Assist with collateral updates and version control.
• Assist Creation and updates to various sales collateral.
• Provides support to IT team members.

Skills and experience:

• Excellent computer knowledge of PC environments
• Must be proficient in basic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite especially Indesign and Microsoft Office.
• High sense of urgency
• Proofing skills are also required
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and administrative skills
• Ability to work and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
• Organized, dependable and detail-oriented
