  • Backup tools 
  • Linux Administration

              Job Description

                Responsible for Providing Level 1 support for Network, Server, Storage & Security Infrastructure.

                • Monitoring & Administration of Network devices, Routers, Switches, Firewalls
                • Monitoring & Administration of Servers & Storage
                • Troubleshooting & Detection of Hardware/OS problems
                • Execute Installation, configuration, testing and deployment of Hardware, OS & layered product
                • Monitoring & Maintaining System level securities, Hardening, Anti-Virus & OS Patch Management
                • Scheduling & Monitoring Backup including Media Management
                • Monitoring & maintaining the defined Service Levels Agreements with Vendors
                • Co-ordination with vendors for L2/L3 Support in troubleshooting & other activities
                • Preparing & Submitting on time daily, weekly, monthly shift reports as laid down to Management
