We are seeking a versatile and proactive IT Support Specialist to manage, optimize, and support our suite of business operations tools. You will be the primary point of contact for our internal team, ensuring that our software ecosystem—including HubSpot, RingCentral, and FieldPulse—runs at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate is a technical problem-solver who can bridge the gap between complex software backend and user-friendly frontend experiences.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration: Act as the primary admin for Google Workspace, HubSpot, and RingCentral, managing user permissions, security protocols, and feature updates.
Operational Support: Provide "white-glove" support to office staff for FieldPulse (field service management) and Sales Message, ensuring seamless communication with clients.
Data & Reporting: Take ownership of Weekly KPI Reporting. This includes pulling data from various portals and cleaning it to provide actionable insights for leadership.
Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current software usage and implement automations or "quality of life" improvements within in-house portals.
Frontend Maintenance: Use HTML, CSS, and React JS to perform minor updates, bug fixes, or UI enhancements on company-facing dashboards and portals.

Required Age:More than 21 years

Other Specification

Experience: 3+ years in an IT Support, Systems Admin, or SalesOps role.
Language: Native-level or Excellent English communication skills (Written and Verbal) are non-negotiable. You must be able to explain complex technical issues to non-technical staff clearly.
CRM Mastery: Deep functional knowledge of HubSpot (Workflows, sequences, and properties).
SaaS Proficiency: Proven experience managing Google Workspace Admin consoles and VoIP systems like RingCentral.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools to generate weekly performance metrics.
Time Management: Ability to manage a "full-time" workload while prioritizing urgent support tickets alongside long-term projects.
