IT Executive

Location: Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur

Responsibilities:

• Monitor projector performance during screenings or events.
• Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Manage IT support tickets and requests.
• Perform routine system maintenance tasks.
• Support network setup and configuration.
• Monitor system performance and security.
• Assist with data backup and recovery.
• · Provide technical support to end-users.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Ensure smooth operation of digital projectors and audio systems.
• Provide technical support during special events or screenings.

Requirements:

• Experience with AV equipment, especially projectors.
• Basic knowledge of networking and IT systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Attention to detail and technical aptitude.
• Academic field IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with IT support in a media or entertainment setting is a plus.
