Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level IT Executive to support our IT operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the IT field and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support on all the daily issue either it related to hardware or software. 
• Froward the Issue to proper vender and ensure the proper solution in eliminated/minimized within agreed upon timeline.
• Handle all the responsibility of his subordinate and senior in their absent. 
• Ensure Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) Average time (e.g., in hours) between the occurrence of an incident and its resolution.
• Help manage IT inventory, including hardware, software, and licenses.
• IT Documents Management & Reporting 
• IT Network and Server Security Management
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Pumori Software and NAV.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with troubleshooting and technical support.
