Daily Operations:

• Installing and configuring computer operating systems, computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners and applications.
• Maintenance of network infrastructure and architecture and data security.
• Controlling over and maintenance of user accounts.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer system and networks.
• Coordinating to the staffs or clients through a series of actions either face to face or over the telephone and team viewer to help set up system or resolves issues.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing, solving hardware or software faults.
• Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
