Position Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Business Development & Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales of our IT and SaaS products. You will identify potential clients, establish relationships, and work to expand our market presence both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities in Nepal and international markets.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to promote our IT and Cyber Security solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through networking, industry events, and online research.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on progress, challenges, and market feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales role, preferably in the IT or Cyber Security industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT and SaaS products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
