Reports To: Team Leader – IT Support Nepal

No. of Positions Required:  Two (2) based in Kathmandu valley

Work Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Nepal Time, Monday to Friday

Job Summary: This Business Analytics Support position will work closely with the Business Analytics department of Steadfast Companies and will be responsible for various levels of support in several analytics platforms in the said department.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

This Business Analytics Support position will be responsible for various levels of support in the following areas (but not limited to): 

• User and content administration in several analytics platforms
• Maintain user and property lists in several analytics platforms
• Maintain property portfolio lists in several analytics platforms
• Dashboard, tiles and widgets configuration
• Publication of contents
• Manual entry, automated updates, import and transformation of external data
• System testing
• Data validation
• Contents audit
• Service desk and knowledge base
• Other duties, responsibilities and special projects as assigned
• Uphold the core values and the mission statement of Steadfast Companies

  Minimum Qualifications / Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related fields with 2+ years professional experience.
• Strong computer knowledge and skills
• 2+ years of professional experience in supporting account/financial systems, property operational systems, or development, or investment companies
• Excellent command in English for verbal and written communication, report writing and business analytic support/data entry/processing work

Preferred / Required Skills: 

• Basic understanding of database
• Basic knowledge of DAX preferred
• Basic knowledge of SQL preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong work ethics, teamwork, detail-oriented, well-organized, time management skills
• Demonstrated self-starter, exhibiting initiative, confidence, professionalism and maturity
• Customer-focused approach to troubleshooting, resolving problems
