Position overview: 

• IT Associate will work with IT Officer for the smooth functioning of computer systems and equipment. 
• IT Associate performs variety of IT support duties to ensure smooth delivery of computer systems.
• S/he will be responsible to coordinate, monitor and assists in the operation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals in order to achieve desired result.

Key roles:

• Recommend hardware and software required for the activities
• Ensure installation and configuration of the system and software
• Monitor and maintain the computer systems including the networking
• Plan and schedule software upgrades, test, debug, configure and document software
• Load and configure software utilities or applications
• Ascertain that computer systems are in good working order
• Establish and maintain computer laboratory procedures

Duty Station:

• The duty station is Kathford International College of Engineering and Management, Balkumari, Lalitpur.
