We are looking for an Assistant for IT Department.

Responsibilities:

• Keep proper record of information and update it periodically  
• Manage filing system as per requirement
• Set up equipment for new users and employees
• Install and update network system improvements, wireless networking equipment
• Click photograph of events organized by school
• Assist in hardware and software upgrades
• Assist in maintaining internet services, firewall and telephone systems
• Provide technical assistance to staff as needed 
• Troubleshooting electronic problems, telephone and intercom system and attending them immediately
• Provide constant administration support including answering and transferring calls, proofreading, data entry and operating essential machinery such as printers and copiers
