Job Description

Analysis of defective units and test results to determine cause of failure
Provide step-by-step instructions to resolve the issue easily and efficiently
Configure/Troubleshooting of computer/server/network problem of windows environments
Tests on equipment afterwards to ensure it's working effectively before returning to the user
To handle new pieces of equipment or computer hardware and software, such as printers, email systems and word processing applications
Create documentation and guidelines on how to use different types of hardware and software
Must be able to troubleshoot issues related to CC Camera
