NIMB Ace Capital Limited is a leading investment and merchant banking company licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). We are looking for a motivated and adaptable IT Assistant to support our IT team in maintaining and enhancing our infrastructure, systems, and security environment.

Level of Staff: Assistant level (System Administrator / Network Administrator Track)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing IT infrastructure and virtual machine (VM) environments.
Support implementation and monitoring of security systems including Firewalls, VPNs, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
Assist in system integrations and ensure smooth interoperability of applications.
Act as a secondary escalation point for technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Support networking tasks including configuration and troubleshooting.
Assist in ongoing IT projects and contribute to successful execution.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in BCSIT, BEIT, BE Computer, Software Engineering, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or system/network administration.
Energetic, proactive, and highly adaptable individual.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
