Job Description

Summary:

The Officer is responsible for providing support and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure. This includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software, as well as providing training and support to users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as experience in providing IT support.

 Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, software, operating systems, and other IT infrastructure.
  • Keep records of all hardware and software deployments and security events.
  • Administer domain and file servers to ensure they are running smoothly and troubleshoot any problems that arise in real-time.
  • Facilitate the working of Internet, Intranet, and domain servers.
  • Perform backups and disaster recovery and assigned IT-related admin tasks.
  • Diagnose and maintain the surveillance and biometric systems.
