We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to fill the role of IT and Client Support Specialist. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems while providing top-notch support to our high profile clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.

Responsibilities:

1. IT Support:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, internal network, and applications.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement and manage security protocols.

2. Client Support:

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and/or on-site meeting.
  • Guide clients through troubleshooting processes and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Document clients' interactions and solutions for future reference.
  • Represent the company and products to the respective clients

3. Training and Documentation:

  • Develop user guides and documentation for both internal staff and clients.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance end-users' understanding of IT systems.

4. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the development team to report and resolve software bugs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support and customer service roles.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
