Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years
Other Specification
  • 2+ years of hands-on IOS experience in a professional environment
  • Working knowledge of application development for Apple Watch (WatchOS) and sync manager
  • Working knowledge of Watch Connectivity
  • Working knowledge of Video communication platform / services like WebRTS or Riot.im
  • Proficient with Objective-C or Swift {{depending on project requirements}}, and Cocoa Touch
  • Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc
  • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
  • Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
  • Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
  • Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred
  • Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools {{such as Instruments and Shark, depending on project needs}}
  • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
  • Knack for benchmarking and optimization
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, Mercurial or SVN}}
  • Familiarity with continuous integration

Job Description

  • Architect, develop, maintain applications for iOS platforms
  • Collaborate with Software architects, Product Owners, and QA team  to drive new enhancements for our products to a successful release
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Working with Swift, Object Pascal, iOS SDK and/or Xcode
  • Working with Objective-C, Object Pascal, iOS SDK and/or Xcode
  • Developing native (API) or web-based applications
  • Code, test, debug, monitor and document changes for mobile application
  • Implementing application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality
  • Follow best practices for coding mobile applications
  • Migrating and adapting existing web applications to iOS or Android platforms
  • Brainstorming new app deployments
  • Recommendation to  changes and enhancements to existing mobile applications
  • Architect, develop, maintain applications for iOS platforms
  • Collaborate with Software architects, Product Owners, and QA team  to drive new enhancements for our products to a successful release
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
