EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and 1-2 years' related experience or equivalent combination.
• However, a CFA, CA, ACCA, and/or relevant advanced degrees or professional investment qualifications and 1-2 years related experience or equivalent combination are desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

• Generate and analyze reports related to portfolio performance, transactions, and compliance
• Coordinate and ensure the timely execution of trades and transactions, such as fund transfers in client portfolios
• Reconcile trading and account data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies on a timely basis
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers, such as custodians and brokers, to ensure service quality and resolve issues
• Utilize portfolio management systems and software to manage and analyze portfolios effectively
• Ensure that all portfolio management activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Oversee the accurate entry and maintenance of client and portfolio data in the management systems
• Monitor and report on risk factors affecting portfolios and take corrective actions as needed
