Job Description

Conduct initial reviews and screen of prospective investment opportunities.
Maintain the investment pipeline by updating and managing the internal database. Evaluate financial and operational data provided by potential companies, including historical and projected financial statements.
Prepare comprehensive financial models and projections, incorporating sensitivity analysis based on market developments and company growth.
Perform thorough industry and market research and analysis to support investment decisions.
Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective investments, including financial, operational, and market analysis in coordination with external advisors and consultants to ensure comprehensive due diligence.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial industry. Stay up-to-date with financial news, market trends, economic developments and the capital market.
Provide technical support to portfolio companies and other stakeholders.
