Job Description

Inventory Planning and Forecasting:

Develop and implement effective inventory planning strategies to ensure optimal stock levels.
Utilize historical data, market trends, and demand forecasts to accurately predict future inventory needs.

Stock Replenishment:

Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders in a timely manner to prevent stockouts. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a smooth flow of goods and minimize delays.

Order Management:

Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in product specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies.

Inventory Accuracy:

Implement and oversee regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.

Supplier Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms, including pricing, discounts, and delivery schedules. Evaluate supplier performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
