  • Scheduling and Conducting Interviews
  • Screening the candidates for interviews
  • Assisting clients and make proper coordination for interviews
  • Lead briefing sessions for candidates
  • Making proper plans before interview with consultation of Managers
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media occasionally
  • Conduct phone, zoom and/or in-person interviews
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to team
