Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Answer inquiries regarding different options for traveling
Provide accurate travel information
Handling International packages suggesting interesting travel routes or places of interest and selling travel products and tour packages
Advising clients on travel arrangements like visa, passports, hotel booking, immigration etc
Handling phone calls, answering email and Facebook inquiries
Planning and arranging family, personal and official tour packages
Marketing individual and corporate clients
Develop products for the customers in terms of activities and services that would make their trip more fun and memorable
Worldwide hotel booking, visa processing, airlines ticketing, domestic and international tour operations

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Should have 5 years of experience in International air ticketing.
Should have good knowledge about air routes for the long haul.
Should be able to reissue, re-validate, and refund air tickets worldwide.
Experience in the Travel Ticketing field.
Preferably a person who can deal with walk-in clients
Good language skills while on the telephone with a foreigner and writing/corresponding skills via email.
