• Proactively identify and bring in new vacancies from existing and potential clients
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit and experience
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as a contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an international  recruiter
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for international roles and bringing in new client vacancies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients globally
• Ability to work night shifts and rotational schedules
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
