Job Description

Job Type: Night Shift (Full Time)

Shift Hours : 10 pm to 6 am

Salary: Negotiable depending upon the qualification and experience of the Candidate

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Explaining customers the available loans and credit options, as well as the terms of those services
  • Obtain information for loan applications and answer questions about the process
  • Should know how to excel and exceed customer’s expectations by going the extra mile even in moderately stressful situations
  • Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
  • Provide a high quality phone and customer service support for end-user customer
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Specification and Qualification:

  • Intermediate completed in any discipline 
  • Bachelor's running in Management are also encouraged to apply
  • Should compulsorily have excellent english communication skill
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Friendly personality and team Player
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Some experience is desirable through Freshers may apply
  • Knowledge of the industry and Customer Care will be an added advantage
