Description:

Candidate should have clear knowledge of sales management of direct export, indirect export, institutional business and e-commerce business. In addition, should have basic knowledge of product development cycle and can able to travel domestic and international able to work round the clock service.

Key Responsibilities:

Capable to handle the B2B domestic business, indirect export business and direct export business.
Building and maintaining the good relationship with international and domestic leads/clients and stakeholders.
Should have knowledge of international business and able to develop and crack the international and domestic business.
Prepare and implement annual business strategies (domestic and international) to expand business.
Market research to identify new market / country with opportunities to enter the market.
Tracking the sales data, analysis and reporting
Experience of international trade fair participation.
Good network with domestic as well as international fright companies.
Know how of international biz regulation, terms and condition of domestic as well as of global perspective.

Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor degree (BBA in commerce) (master’s degree preferred). International business preferred.
Experience: 5 to 7 years in FMCG sectors managing international clients with stable background.
2 wheelers with license
Language: Nepali, Hindi and English

Skills: negotiation, communication, data analysis, relationship development, inter-department / personal skills, strategical thinking, decision making

Knowledge: International treaties, duty structures, food quality standard of different countries, quarantine, international logistic, compliance

Personality: Outgoing, extrovert, Optimistic, opiniated
