Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Prepare Cost Sheet through pragyapan Patra and other documents and record them in the system.
Prepare a Bank Reconciliation statement every month.
Maintain proper records of customer and vendor ledger.
Up-to-date record of PDC Cheques in the system.
Prepare the necessary documents required for imports (LC, TT, DA).
Coordinate with the agent and freight company for Forwarding and Clearing.
Compliance with TDS requirements.
Liaise with third parties (banks, vendors, tax office, and others) to ensure smooth operation.
Supervise,Guide and Assist Finance Department.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 2 years

Required Age:Less than 38 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (BBA/BBA-BI preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
Should be familiar with accounting software Swastik/Tally.
Experience as an Accountant in a trading and distribution company shall also be given the top priority.
